Although the first semester classes ended at December 1st, the semester does not truly end until the final exams are over, when all grade contributions has been completed. Within the span of two to three hours one earns the remaining forty to sixty percent of their overall mark. Such pressure, such competition; it is an ordeal that every academic student has to endure through every term of courses in order attain their degrees. I have a late final exam schedule, and for the past week or so I have steadily portioned more and more time into studying as my exam dates drew closer. While most of my friends are finished or almost finished with their ultimate scrutinies, mine has yet to begin. My first exam is tomorrow. Now it is my turn and my time to suffer.
