The roster of Rozen Maidens has been completed. Barasuishou and her stage is now playable. Also, there are ending sequences for each Maiden. When a Maiden defeats all other, the Maiden receives Kun Kun, and there is a short amusing final animation about what happens to the winning Maiden with Kun Kun. It would be more amusing if I understood the language. I noticed something peculiar. The game simply mirrors the character’s image when the character crosses the opponent to the other side. Sounds innocuous enough, because the physical details of most Maidens are largely symmetric about the vertical axis, but not Barasuishou. Barasuishou has a rose eyepatch on her left eye, as per in Traumend. In the game, due to the mirror effect, her eyepatch is on the wrong side when she is facing the enemy to the right, but it is on the correct side when she’s facing to the left (and note the patch inconsistency between her thumb portrait and her special attack image). This also happens to Kanaria’s heart shaped adornment on the left side of her hair and Suisei and Sousei Seki’s eye colors, but it is hard to confuse their identities. However, the location of the rose patch means the critical difference between Barasuishou and Kirakishou. Anyways, it is a good idea to check the game website regularly, as there are frequent minor tweaks to character templates and additions to the site. Select your Maiden and fight not for Alice, but for Kun Kun!
